March 15, 2012 - Arrive Beijing
March 16-17, 2012 - Take tours and local sights as time permits (Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, etc.)
March 18, 2012 - Depart Beijing for Nanjing, Jiangsu Province
March 19, 2012– Placement at Civil Affairs Office. Lian's Gotcha (Family) Day!!
March 20, 2012 – Registration, notary and passport application. Visit Lianyungang Orphanage, could not visit Lian's finding place as it was too far away.
March 21-22, 2012 – City tour & pickup notary papers.
March 23, 2012 – Get child’s passport and fly to Guangzhou in the afternoon
March 24, 2012 –Medical exam
March 25, 2012 – Visa application paperwork in the morning, visit Yuntai Garden in the afternoon
March 26, 2012 – Get medical record, walking tour to Qingping Market in the afternoon. Lian's 1st Birthday!!
March 27, 2012 - American Consulate appointment followed by oath taking
March 28, 2012– Get visas from the Consulate
March 29, 2012– Leave Hong Kong Airport for flight home
