The Early Intervention team came out today for a speech, language, and developmental assessment. I was glad to hear that he is within range of where he should be at compared to other children. Both were amazed at how well Lian was doing considering everything he has gone through and only being home for almost 2 months now. Even though he is automatically qualified, they both didn't see the need for services for him at this time but will re-evaluate him in 3 months. I thought he was progressing the way he should, but being he is the only child we have no comparisons, lol. I'm so proud of my little hero.
